It was heartbreaking. She left behind her husband and three young children. This event had a traumatic effect on both of us. I have learned a lot of lessons through this process and feel that real estate investing will be a very emotional, exciting and challenging new endeavor. It has its highs and lows just like any other career, but the freedom and rewards are much greater than anything I’ve ever experienced. This program really opened my eyes to creative financing and thought in general. I am developing a stronger ability to think ‘outside the box’ daily.
