Set up $225 passive monthly cash flow on first endeavour! It all started in December 2000. That was when our neighbour, Lynne, lost her life to breast cancer at the age of 31 years old. It was heartbreaking. She left behind her husband and three young children. This event had a traumatic effect on both of us. It made us realize that there may not be a tomorrow and that we should really start taking action on some of the things we had always talked about but never did. We made a conscience effort to eat healthier and to get ourselves into shape. We got a grip on our physical being and then wanted to work on our finances. |

I have learned a lot of lessons through this process and feel that real estate investing will be a very emotional, exciting and challenging new endeavor. It has its highs and lows just like any other career, but the freedom and rewards are much greater than anything I’ve ever experienced. This program really opened my eyes to creative financing and thought in general. I am developing a stronger ability to think ‘outside the box’ daily.
